Patient navigation is a service of the Breast Cancer Fund of Ohio that provides resources to breast cancer patients and their familieis. Contact Joy Lewis at joy@bcfohio.org or 216-287-0355 to learn what help there might be availble to meet your unqiue needs.
Another valuable service is 2-1-1, a free and confidential service that helps people find the local resources they need 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply call 2-1-1 on a home or mobile phone to connect to a community resource specialist in your area who can put you in touch with local organizations that provide critical services that can improve—and save—lives.
